Today Google Released the First Developer Preview of Android 15. This update has a couple of new upcoming features, new haptics and improved performance. Android 15 will be ready by October 2024. We may expect the beta in March or April.

Privacy Sandbox:Android 15 brings the latest version of Privacy Sandbox. Main focus of this version is Privacy.
Health Connect: Android 15 brings a secure and centralized platform to manage and share app collected health and fitness data. Android 15 adds support to new data across fitness and nutrition.
File Integrity: Android 15 includes new file integrity manager which enhances security and protects against potential malware that could compromise the apps functionality data.
Partial Screen Sharing: Android 15 supports Partial Screen Sharing so users can screen record only some part or individual app without sharing the entire screen.
In-App Camera Controls: New Camera2API that allows low light enhancement and advanced flash strength adjustments.
Virtual MIDI 2.0 Support: Android 15 supports Virtual MIDI apps enabling composition apps to control synthesizer apps a virtual MIDi 2.0.

You can manually flash the build using the Android flash tool. The tool gives you a step by step guide. Enable USB debugging in developer options. Follow the instructions. Connect the device to Android Flash Tool and follow on screen instructions.
Warning: Flashing to a Developer Preview build from a production build—or going back to a production build from a Developer Preview build—requires a full device reset that removes all user data on the device. Make sure to back up the data from your Pixel first.
