There are no settings or options to control the Dynamic island it is directly enabled by default.Whenever you start any task like timer,stopwatch,music or any other it will be shown on notch i.e called Dynamic Island.
The notch acts as a mini Display that shows short and useful info regarding the task you can navigate to it just by tapping on a dynamic island.The animation was crazy.
Dynamic Island only shows 2 tasks at once.
