Show Desktop Button Missing from Taskbar
With the latest update the show desktop button disappeared. Many users were frustrated and reported this issue.
The show desktop button is located at bottom right of taskbar. If the show desktop button disappeared from your taskbar don’t worry you can get it back with simple steps.
How to Enable Show Desktop Button in Windows 11
- On Your PC/Laptop Right click on Taskbar
- Click on Taskbar Settings
- Scroll down to Taskbar behaviour
- Click on Dropdown
- Now Tick the Select the far corner of the taskbar to view desktop
- That’s it show desktop button will be active on your PC/laptop.
You can also disable Other System tray icons and Copilot from the settings.
